We know that buying jewellery online can be nerve-wracking. We want you to feel confident when you buy your JL jewellery piece. We know that you are making an important purchase, and without physically seeing your jewellery first. So it is important to us that you feel reassured and comfortable with the buying process and the jewellery you will receive.

We are proud of our beautiful British craftsmanship and are only prepared to create the best quality of jewellery for you. (As we would if were creating jewellery for ourselves.) Each and every ring we create has been quality checked by one of our jewellers. So, all our rings are marked on the inside with our ‘JL Makers Mark’ – our stamp of approval.
Our Jeweller's Loupe Guarantee
We also provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity which will arrive with your jewellery (in our fabulous packaging!) This document details the cost and components of your ring, and is signed by one of our expert jewellers. We would advise you to use this for your jewellery insurance. We are happy to update it for you too, when your insurance renewal is due. Simply get in touch to organise this.
We deliver all our jewellery by stork. Only joking! We use the very reliable Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We have been using the Royal Mail for years and trust them to get your jewellery to you safely and undamaged. We will also provide you with the tracking number of your parcel so that you can follow your jewellery’s journey from Post Office to Sorting Office to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind on a jewellery piece. That’s OK. We have a 14-day returns policy on all our jewellery and will provide you with a full refund providing that the jewellery is returned: unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
What if I pick the wrong finger size?
Don’t panic! This is more common than you think. Unsurprisingly, most people don’t mention their ring size in everyday conversation, so why would you know which size to pick. Worry not, we have a rather helpful Multi-Ring Sizer that we can send to you for free. This is simply a strip of plastic that wraps around your finger and tells you which size you are/prefer. It’s a handy tool if you want to feel how a ring would physically feel on your finger. We would advise you to try this in your “normal” conditions i.e. not post-exercise, not on a super-hot or super-cold day.
And don’t forget, if you do order the wrong size or your finger size has changed over time, we do offer a Ring Resizing Service. This costs £50 inc. our return postage to you.
