Can I track my order?
We want you to feel reassured and confident about your purchase from us. So we will ensure to keep you in the "loupe" about your jewellery from the moment you click buy to the moment it arrives on your doorstep.
During the creative process
We will send you email updates about your jewellery throughout its creative process, direct from the our Yorkshire workshop. It's not every day that a piece of jewellery is specially made just for you and we want you to be a part of it's journey.
You can also see the progress of your order in Your Account. If you did not create an account with us, please just speak directly to one of our admin team about the progress of your order. Simply get in touch and tell us your order number.
During delivery
Once your jewellery is beautifully packaged and on it's way to you, you will be able to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website using the tracking code that we emailed to you. If you need us to resend your tracking code, please get in touch.
