1. Pop it in Your Basket

We’re keeping it simple… 

Once you’ve found your perfect piece of jewellery, if it’s a ring you’ll need to select your preferred precious metal and ring size, before simply clicking ADD TO BASKET. When you are ready to move on to the payment stage, you can access YOUR BASKET in the top right corner of the browser. You can also access YOUR ACCOUNT there too.

If you’re unsure which ring/s to choose we have a couple of handy guides in our Advice Central section. These include What Style to Choose, Different Diamond Cuts, Choosing Fairtrade Gold etc.

 

2. Payment & Confirmation

We have a couple of payment options available…

  1. You can either pay in full via Debit/Credit Card.

  2. Alternatively, we offer a 0% Payment Plan through Hitachi. With this option we require 30% of the final cost as a deposit, but then the rest can be split across 12 months, as arranged with Hitachi.

As far as we are concerned, there is no preferred payment method. It is important that you choose the best option for you. Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm (and thank you kindly) for your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please get in touch.

 

3. Email Updates

We want to keep you in the “Loupe” (see what we did there!) …

Each and every one of our rings is made by hand, to order, just for you. So our lead time is four weeks. This enables us to dedicate the proper time needed to create your special jewellery piece to the highest quality.

Throughout the creative process, we will keep you updated via email. We will send you snapshots of your ring’s journey; from when it arrives as a casting, to when it is set with sparkling diamonds and/or coloured stones. It is important to us that you feel reassured (and excited!) throughout your ring’s creation. We love our job; hand-making rings, just for you, in Britain, using decades of special craftsmanship skills. And we want you to be involved in the process as much as possible.

4. Discreet Delivery

Once your order has been completed by our jewellers, we’ll send you a final email to say “It’s Good to Go!”

We post all our jewellery via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This means that whichever day we post it, it will arrive with you the following day before 1pm. It will also require a signature on arrival. Our final email to you gives you the opportunity to confirm your preferred delivery date and your delivery address. We need this information before we can post it out to you, so don’t forget to reply. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a Sunday.

Keeping it discreet

We don’t want to ruin any surprises, so rest assured that your jewellery will arrive “incognito”. Our packaging is specially designed with a brown cardboard exterior, just like every other parcel. But then… inside is our fabulous Jeweller’s Loupe twist.

We carefully package your jewellery in pristine condition and we trust the Royal Mail to get it to you undamaged. However, if you think your package has been tampered with or mishandled, please get in touch straight away.

 

Our Guarantee

We are extremely proud of our creations and will only provide you with the very best quality fine jewellery. No compromise!

Before your ring is boxed in our awesome packaging, it’s stamped with our JL Maker’s Mark. This is only done when we are 100% happy with the quality of your ring.

Also included in your packaging is our Jeweller’s Loupe Certificate of Authenticity. This can be used for insurance purposes and contains the details of your ring and our guarantee. We are also happy to update this documentation as and when your insurer requires it - simply get in touch.

You can also track your order via your Account page. We will send you a copy of your parcel’s Tracking ID too, so you can check up on its journey using the Royal Mail website.
