Can you ensure my jewellery will arrive safely?
Until your parcel arrives on your doorstep and is signed for, it is our responsibility to get it to you safe and sound.
Every piece of jewellery that leaves our Yorkshire workshop has been quality checked and carefully packaged by our team. Only then will we wax-seal your parcel and stamp it with our JL mark.
We then use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries. They are a reputable and reliable company who we trust to get our parcels to you in the same condition as when they left us. If you believe that your parcel has been damaged or tampered with, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
