Do you offer gift receipts?

We don’t offer gift receipts, but we do have a free cancellation service.

This is valid from the moment you click ‘buy’ and up to 14 days after you have received your order. So, if you have given a piece of jewellery as a gift and it isn’t quite right, you can return it to us (and then order an alternative if you wish). 

We will give you a full refund on your cancelled order, on the proviso that the jewellery is returned to us unworn, undamaged and in our original packaging. Handily, we have added an extra sticky strip on our packaging box lid which you can use for any returns.
