Choosing an affordable ring

It is important to us that we provide you with beautiful and affordable jewellery. One should not have to compromise the other.

As working-jewellers, we have the ability to be very competitive with our prices. We have no shop front, minimal overheads and the best industry contacts, so we can pass our savings on to you. There is no reason for us to add a big old mark-up on our jewellery.

Whilst we have done our best to make our jewellery as affordable as possible, there are also ways in which you can be quite savvy when choosing your perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or eternity ring.

ILLUSION STYLES

Diamond halo engagement rings offer a clever illusion of super-sparkle at a more cost-effective price. With Halo designs you will find a centre stone surrounded by a frame of smaller diamonds. This collection of stones gives the appearance of a larger diamond without you having to pay the price for one big diamond with more carats.

Diamond Set Band engagement rings can work in a similar way to cluster/halo styles by providing extra sparkle in an alternative place to the centre stone. They can give you a little more leeway in terms of the size of the centre stone, and in turn the cost of the ring. With a glistening band, you have the opportunity to go a little smaller on the centre stone.

COLOURED STONES

Generally, coloured stones are more cost-effective than diamonds (although this can sometimes be dependant on which coloured stone). Sapphires, Rubies and Emeralds can be a similar price to diamonds due to their durability and overall status in the jewellery world.

We have a collection of beautiful coloured stone engagement rings that use cost-effective precious stones including Blue Topaz, Purple Amethyst, Pink Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz. Have a nosy here..>

0% FINANCE

We want you to pay in a way that suits your financial situation, so we have given you some options. At the checkout, you can choose to ‘Pay in Full’ or to utilise a ‘0% Payment Plan’. The second option is provided by a Yorkshire finance company called Hitachi. You will be required to pay a 30% deposit at the checkout, then the rest of the cost can be split across 12 monthly instalments at 0% interest, as organised by you and Hitachi.

If you would like some more information about the Hitachi 0% Payment Plan, please just get in touch.
